Easy Garlic Bread – Quick Evening Snack
Ingredients you will need for easy garlic bread:
- Baguette or any other loaf of bread
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 4-6 cloves of garlic
- Parsley bunch
- Italian seasoning
- Sea salt
- Cheese – Parmesan and mozzarella mix(Optional)
Method :
- Mince or chop garlic into a fine paste.
- Slice the bread into long slices.
- Mix butter, garlic and parsley together as a paste.
- Apply a thin layer of the mixture on bread.
- Bake the bread at 425˚F for about 10-15 minutes. You can also add cheese two minutes before you take out from the oven.
Serve it with prawn polenta or any soup or you can just have it as a snack 🙂
